There can be a lot of questions that come when trying to find the right Utah Photographer for your family. Here are my Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and answers.
How long does it take to get my images back?
My standard portrait session delivery timeline is 30 days.
How will I get my images? Can I get a CD?
I will deliver all of your images in an online gallery delivered straight to your email. The images in the gallery will be high resolution and ready for printing! If you’d like a CD, a $5.00 charge will be added to the total cost of the session, per CD.
What should I wear to my session?
This is such a great question! I will always recommend more “formal” wear. Upon booking, I will send you a Style Guide that will walk you through how to plan your family’s outfits. It’s an amazing guide and it will be super helpful!
How much are portrait sessions? How do I pay?
My portrait session pricing is $300 plus tax. $50 of that is due at the time of booking as a non-refundable fee to hold the date. The rest plus tax is due the day of the session. Images will not be released without payment in full.
All payments can be made online through the invoices I send you. Simply enter in your payment information. I also accept cash or check (made out to Kayla Trujilo).
Will you post a “sneak peek” on social media so I can see my images?
YES! As part of the contract you agree to allow me to use the images for promoting my business and marketing. I will definitely share some of your images online and you can expect to see a blog post of your session within 2 weeks.
