YOU GUYS – I just LOVE podcasts lately. I have been listening to them a ton while driving in my car from shoot to shoot. There are so many great ones out there, but I thought I’d share my 3 favorites right now.

1) The Cold Podcast – This is a podcast breaking down the investigation into the disappearance of Susan Powell back in 2008. I remember this disappearance happening when I was in high school and how creepy everything seemed. It was a local story that happened only a few miles from where I grew up, so it’s extra interesting! If you liked the first season of Serial, you’ll like this one.

2) Awesome with Alison – If you don’t know who The Alison Show is then you are seriously missing out! She is such a light and is SO REAL. I love Awesome with Alison. She and her husband discuss business, gratitude, qualities, goals, and SO MUCH MORE. As a mother and a business owner, this podcast provides such great inspiration and practical tips to becoming better. I can’t recommend  it enough!

3) Best SEO Podcast – As a business owner, this podcast has been a game changer for helping me learn about SEO and web design. I would say at least 75% of my clients come from Google or Pinterest, and knowing the ins and outs of SEO is how that happens. I love staying up to date on changes in SEO and new tools I can incorporate for online marketing. If you love business and online marketing, this is a great resource!

What are some of your favorite podcasts?! What do you love in a good podcast?

Hi, I'm Kayla!

I’m Kayla, owner and photographer. I started this business as a side hustle to pay for my college tuition and am so grateful for how much it’s grown. It’s such a privilege to be able to shoot with my clients, year after year. I can’t wait to work with your family!
