Shooting at Spruces Campground | What to Know

Spruces Campground is one of my favorite winter locations! I absolutely shooting here in the snow and this darling Spruces Engagement session is one of my favorites!

If you want to shoot pictures at Spruces Campground here’s a few things to know:

Spruces campground is up Big Cottonwood Canyon
The sun sets earlier up the canyon, so plan on ending your shoot about an hour before normal sunset
The canyon is full of skiers so the traffic can be heavy in the canyon
There are lots of snow shoers at Spruces so be respectful
