Finding Joy in Fear

Fear. I’ve been so full of fear this week. This has been a week like no other. The virus is everywhere and life is shutting down by the minute. Schools, sports, elections, church, stores – everything. Our world has changed almost overnight and the implications are terrifying. Will anyone book sessions with me? Will we be able to afford our mortgage? Will we get sick? I’m SO scared. But today was Sunday and it was our first Sunday doing church at home. My brother/sister in law came over and we took the sacrament and watched some spiritual videos. It was wonderful and brought a beautiful spirit to our home. And peace. It brought lots of peace.

I’m praying for peace this weekend and for life to get better. I’m praying for my family to have joy again amidst all the fear. Here’s a video we watched today that touched my heart.
