Bountiful Pond Missionary Pictures | Utah Photographer

I have been dying to shoot at the Bountiful Pond so these missionary pictures were such a great chance to cross the Bountiful Pond off my bucket shooting list. And it was BEAUTIFUL. Totally worth all the hype and just SO stunning.

Where is the Bountiful Pond?

Bountiful Pond is in Woodscross just past Legacy Highway. It’s in the marshlands and as such, is full of beautiful greenery and a pond! (duh). It wasn’t very crowded and was full of beautiful light. There was a beautiful grove of trees on the southwest portion of the park and it made for the perfect backdrop for these missionary pictures.

Morgan is leaving to serve in Washington State in May. She’s the absolute sweetest and so beautiful. I loved shooting with her even though we got eaten ALIVE by mosquitos. I’m still scratching my bites but it was totally worth it!

Most of Morgan’s dresses were from Roolee, which is one of my favorite places to recommend for family pictures outfits. She also brought a few mission related things like The Book of Mormon, a state of Washington flag, and a Preach My Gospel. Oh, and the cutest hat. These darling accessories made her session SO fun!
