Great Saltair Family Pictures | The Webber Family

Great Saltair Family Pictures will ALWAYS be my favorite. I love the beautiful light at the Great Saltair and the neutral background. It’s just stunning. The Webber Family lives in Stansbury and wanted a location nearby. The Saltair is literally 10 minutes away in Magna and was the perfect location.

What’s the difference between the Great Saltair and the Salt Flats?

I get asked this all the time and it’s such a great question! The Great Saltair is in Magna and it made of salty sand. It’s right off of the Great Salt Lake. The Salt Flats are in Wendover and are all salt. There is sometimes standing water on the salt, but it’s not a lake.

The Saltair gets biting gnats during the late spring and summer because of the lake. The Salt Flats doesn’t get the biting gnats (which is nice).

I absolutely loved shooting with the Webber family. They were SO sweet and kind. And look at all of those beautiful kids! They wanted to sneak in a family session before their daughters went off on missions and I’m so glad we did! The timing was absolutely perfect.
