As a Bluffdale Family Photographer this is one of my favorite locations ever. It’s a beautiful, wide open field near the Jordan River. The olive trees smells SO good and the light is beautiful.

Extended Family Pictures Photographer

I loved shooting with the Hale family. We did extended family pictures and I just fell in love with their family. Their kids were just the sweetest and so patient during family pictures (which can be a little crazy). One of their boys is getting ready to leave on his mission so they wanted to sneak in an updated session before he leaves for two years. It was pretty tricky, but we were able coordinate everyone’s schedules and shoot together.

What to Wear for Extended Family Pictures

I absolutely loved the color palette that the Hale family chose for their extended family pictures. I love the pop of rust and mustard among the neutral blues, olive, and tans. I always recommend wearing neutral tones to prevent color casting on your skin. This is a perfect color palette.
