Our newborn sessions are what photographers call “lifestyle.” This means that our sessions usually incorporate the entire family and are made up of posing and prompts to create a more candid feel. As a Draper newborn photographer, Kayla will never just tell you to “pose yourselves.” Instead, she will direct you and prompt to to create natural, more joyful images.

White Space Studios, provided the perfect backdrop for this family’s photo session. Nestled in the heart of Sandy, Utah, the studio offered a clean, minimalist aesthetic that allowed the focus to remain solely on the subjects. Kayla guided the family as they shared genuine smiles, tender hugs, and playful interactions. Each shot reflected the warmth and connection that defined their relationships. With the soft click of the camera, the magic began to unfold. Baby brother swaddled in a cozy blanket, exuded an angelic calmness as he slumbered peacefully, his tiny fingers curled delicately. Big sister, bubbling with excitement, beamed with pride as she lay beside her new sibling, eager to shower him with love and affection. Mom and Dad, filled with love and joy, completed the picture-perfect scene.
