Conservation Garden Park | West Jordan Wedding Photographer

These two lovebirds are getting married today! I thought it would be fun to post their engagement pictures to celebrate with them! As a West Jordan Wedding Photographer, shooting Jake and Amalia’s engagement session at Conservation Garden Park was such a special experience! I’ve known Amalia since she was 14, and she spent years working as an associate photographer with Truly Photography. So getting to photograph this exciting chapter in her life felt like such a full-circle moment.

Conservation Garden Park in West Jordan was the perfect location for their shoot. The gardens were filled with rich greenery, blooming flowers, and soft golden light that peeked through the trees—pure summer magic. It created the most dreamy and romantic setting for their session.

These two were such a joy to capture. You can just see how much they adore each other. We did two outfit changes, and I loved Amalia’s yellow button-up t-shirt.  I got a great mix of images—from playful and candid moments to more romantic, posed shots. Amalia even asked for a few trendy “blurry” photos, and I love how they turned out!

Some of my favorite images were the close-ups—especially catching the sweet freckles across their faces, Amalia’s warm brown eyes, and Jake’s clear blue eyes. Those little details always make the photos feel extra personal and full of emotion.

It was such a joy to celebrate and document their love in such a beautiful space. Amalia and Jake, you two are perfect together, and as a West Jordan Wedding Photographer,  I feel so honored to have been part of this moment!
