2019 March Favorite Things
2019 March Favorite Things
March is one of my favorite months! It’s the month when winter turns to spring. It’s a month full of snow and blossoms. Rain storms and greening grass. It’s the hope after a cold winter. Okay, maybe that’s dramatic, but that’s how I’m feeling after this never ending winter! SO here are a few of my favorite things this month:
Ruby + Lane mommy and me bows
These matching bows for Lulu and me are my favorite and are SO cute and so soft. Ruby + Lane has quickly become our favorite bow shop and I’m super excited for their greenhouse spring launch.
Butter Bronzer
Oh my goodness! You guys, I’m not very cool, so I don’t worry worry about makeup too much, but this stuff is gold. I recently modeled for a company and they had a makeup artist do my makeup. The look was clean + natural. She used this to highlight on my cheeks. As soon as she put it on me I could smell it. It smells so good! Like tropical coconut. It seriously smells like summer. And I loved how it looked. It’s super light and just gives a nice little bronzing look. SO I started looking for it and found it! And now I use it every day. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. So run, don’t walk to get Butter Bronzer.
Spring + Easter Decorations
Refer back to bullet #1 to see how excited I am for spring. These small decorations are making me all sorts of happy knowing that spring is ALMOST here.
Messy Buns
You guys, I finally learned how to do a messy bun – and I’m loving them. They are my new go to third day hair style. And seriously take 30 seconds. I love them! Basically all I do is a lowish pony. I pull half the hair through the pony, so there is a little tail. Then I wrap the tail around the little bun and loosely pin. Ta-da, the cutest messy bun!

Hi, I'm Kayla!
I’m Kayla, owner and photographer. I started this business as a side hustle to pay for my college tuition and am so grateful for how much it’s grown. It’s such a privilege to be able to shoot with my clients, year after year. I can’t wait to work with your family!
