Wilkins | Albion Basin Mini Session | Utah Photographer

Albion Basin Mini Session night part one was last night. It was SO pretty and so crazy (the parking situation is literally INSANE). Aside from my photography business, I work full time as a web designer at Intermountain Healthcare. Here’s one of my websites. Before the job I’m in now, I worked in recruitment for Intermountain with Addie. She’s seriously the best. We shared a cubicle wall and she really was my buddy. We were pregnant at the same time and experienced motherhood for the first time together. I would constantly ask her “Is this normal? Does your baby do that?” and so on. Plus, hello, she’s so cute. I’ve loved getting to know her and her cute family.

Albion Basin Light

My favorite part about being a photographer (aside from all of the amazing people I get to know) is the light. I love finding beautiful light and creating beautiful images with it. I typically only shoot in natural light (except when indoors) and love the challenge of making various lighting situations beautiful and, for my style, bright. My Albion Basin Mini Session nights are scattered throughout July and August and over a time period of a couple of hours. I love the challenge of making each session have beautiful lighting, regardless of the time it’s shot at. Albion Basin has beautiful light and colors. I really feel like you can’t go wrong shooting here and the light durning the Wilkins’ session was just too dreamy.
