Baby Kestle | American Fork Birth Photography

I still have to pinch myself that people let me be present for one of the most sacred moments in life. I feel so blessed to witness babies, straight from heaven, come into this world. It’s beautiful and amazing, and just one of my favorite parts of this job.

This American Fork Birth Photography story is one of my favorites. Kate was AMAZING and so strong. Her first birth was traumatic and nothing went as planned. This birth was healing. She had a doula and a light epidural. This was the perfect combination for her. She was able to power through her contractions with her amazing doula and husband at her side.

Kate progressed quickly through dilation and pushed only minutes. She was so strong and I was so honored to capture her American Fork Birth Photography.

During this birth story I decided to shoot some video moments as well as images. I thought it would be a fun surprise to give the family a video of their birth as well as the gallery. It was such a fun creative challenge for me and I love how the birth story video turned out. It brings me to tears as I watch Kate push through the pain and hurt to meet her sweet baby.
