Big Cottonwood Canyon Engagements | Utah Wedding Photographer

This Big Cottonwood Canyon Engagements session was shot up at Spruces Campground. We got a ton of snow this past week which made this Big Cottonwood Canyon Engagements session a winter wonderland (too cheesy? okay, I know). But seriously the snow was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I particularly loved the snow capped trees. They were just so stunning and fun to photograph.

Kyle and Megan will be getting married at the Salt Lake Temple at the end of March and they are just THE sweetest. I loved hearing them each tell their “how you met story.” haha There seemed to be some dispute about their story and I loved how they teased each other as they told it.

Kyle was super sweet with Megan and wrapped her up every moment he got. Together, they tickled each other and even threw snow at one another (despite the freezing-ness).

Kyle and Megan had two outfits for their session – one casual outfit with jeans and one more dressy outfit (a dress). I love when my couples do this because it provides a great variety for your images and allows us to do different types of posing depending on the outfit. For example, I do piggy back rides when my couples are wearing jeans and twirls when the bride is wearing a dress, so having two outfits is super helpful!
