Composition in photography is the placement of elements and objects within a work of art, specifically, within a photograph. There are many rules of composition within photography. Some of which include: The Rule of Thirds, Leading Lines, Framing, etc. These rules are meant to create aesthetically pleasing situations for the subjects of the image.
Understanding composition and taking the time to learn the rules of composition will allow you, as a photographer, to take aesthetically pleasing images and improve your photography.
