Extended Family Pictures in Utah | Wheeler Farm Pictures

It’s Extended Family Pictures in Utah Season. June and July are huge months for Extended Family pictures and I love it! I love working with big families. Extended family pictures are basically like a bunch of mini family sessions and I love it!! I always start with the big group – everyone that’s there. Then we do smaller groups – the grandparents and grandkids, all the original siblings, and then every individual’s family. I keep this flow because it makes things go smoothly and helps me keep track of all the shots I’ve done so we don’t miss anything.

Where to do Extended Family Pictures in Utah

There are lots of great places to do an extended family session. I usually like places that have a lot of open space, have close parking, and are easy to walk to. Wheeler Farm is one of my favorite locations for extended family pictures. I love how easy it is to get to and the backlighting (like in this session) is absolutely perfect!
