We loved shooting fall family pictures with the Brown family at the Great Saltair. The Saltair is located at 1075 S. 13312 W. in Magna, Utah. It’s just under 20 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, which makes this location as accessible as it is stunning. If you’re looking for a beautiful backdrop for your fall family photos and want to try something new, the Saltair might just be for you. We love the Staltair because the soft brown sands, vast vistas, and light blue skies make it an almost perfectly neutral backdrop for family photos. Pair this backdrop with outfits inspired by an autumnal color palette, and you’ve got fall family photos that are so fun and so unique.

We absolutely loved the mustard yellows, golds, and grays in the Brown family’s outfits. These colors were perfect for fall family pictures and looked so dreamy when illuminated by all that soft Saltair sunlight. An added bonus to shooting at the Saltair is that it’s on the shoreline of the Great Salt Lake.
