This past weekend I had the opportunity to shoot the prettiest Utah Senior Pictures. Kaitlyn was SO sweet and so easy to photograph. We shot at some of my favorite locations in Provo including the Provo orchard at the Utah State Hospital, blossoming trees along side the road, and the beautiful field next to Utah Lake. It was such a pretty session.

What Should I Wear for Utah Senior Pictures?

Kaitlyn brought 3 outfits to her Utah Senior Pictures session. One more casual, one more dressy, and her volleyball uniform. This was perfect! I always recommend having a more casual and more dressy outfit for pictures and then LOVE when my seniors bring an outfit that represents what they did in high school (ie. their uniform or letterman jacket). It makes the pictures SO fun and interesting.

When Should I Take My Utah Senior Pictures?

I get asked often, when a senior should schedule their senior pictures. To be honest, anytime during their senior year is PERFECT! You typically don’t want to wait until too late in the year (ie. May or June) because, depending on your photographer you may not have your gallery back before graduation. Typically doing pictures in the summer before you start your senior year up until April of your senior year is perfect!
