Tonight I was asking my husband what things might be helpful for potential clients to know or read about in a blog post. He suggested Utah Photographer Prices. He said that finding pricing for photography in Utah can be difficult when prices are posted on websites. He said it can also be difficult to understand why photographers in utah have such pricing variations. I feel like those are great concerns. I remember when I was looking for a photographer for my wedding 5 years ago I was so frustrated that so many didn’t have their pricing listed on their site. I just wanted to know if they were even in my budget. I didn’t want to contact them and then be embarrassed that I couldn’t afford them. So here’s some information about my pricing, to hopefully make your photographer search just a little bit easier.

Portrait Session Pricing

The cost of my portrait sessions are $400 plus tax (which is 7.1%). The portrait session includes your 60 minute session (sometimes it’s shorter sometimes it’s longer, it really just depends on how the session goes). The cost also includes the edited images uploaded in an online gallery for you to download. You’re welcome to print the images, but I always recommend printing at Persnickety Prints. They are my absolute favorite consumer lab. If you want, I also offer printing services through my professional labs. You can expect to receive your online gallery within 30 days.

Now, on to this pretty session. Shandy and Austin will always be some of my favs to shoot. They were the first couple to trust me with their wedding. It was long before I should have been trusted, but I’m grateful for the opportunity they gave me. I love them with my whole heart and love being able to document their family each year. Shandy showed up with the prettiest braided hair and Austin was sweet as ever. They put up with all my silly posing like “play ring around the rosies” and “walk like you’re drunk.” Their images turned out so pretty! I hope you love them like I do.
